  • How do I sign up for a class?
You need to purchase a membership plan first. We have various plans that are suitable for the occasional or regular visits. Choose a plan that best meets your preference. Once you have purchased a plan, book a slot of your preferred class, date and time. Do note that booking opens 2 days and closes 1 hour before the session.
  • Must I book a class / gym slot in advance?
Yes, you do have to book before you can attend the class. This is to ensure that a spot is reserved for you. Bookings are open 2 days in advance and the last booking can be made 1 hour before the class starts, subject to availability.
  • Can I cancel a class that I have booked?
We get it, sometimes life happens and you can't make it for the class. Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking 2 hours in advance. This is to allow others in the waitlist to have ample time to replace your slot. Cancellation fees may be charged to those who did not turn up the class without a cancellation or those with repeated cancellations.
  • The class if fully booked. What should I do?
You will be able to join the waitlist only through the Wix mobile app. If booking is made from our website, you will be prompted to download the app. If you are the next person in the waitlist, you will receive a notification when someone cancels a slot and the slot will be reserved for you for 1 hour to make the booking, before it's being released to the next person in the waitlist.
