About the event
Hi, I'm Nadia, a STOTT-trained Pilates instructor, and I'd like for you to join me in my weekly Mat Pilates class! This class focuses on building strength, improving posture and enhancing flexibility - all while keeping movements gentle and mindful.
In this class, we'll work on the mat using simple yet effective Pilates techniques that will help strengthen your core, improve posture, and release tension in your body. Along the way, I'll also guide you with props such as resistance bands, small balls and Pilates rings to give extra support, add variety, and gently challenge your muscles.
Pilates on the mat is a wonderful way to:

Improve flexibility and alignment
Enhance body awareness, and balance
