Informa CrossFit
1-hour CrossFit Group Session
(Beginner to Advanced Levels)
CrossFit is a program developed to offer a full body workout that combines elements of cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics, core training and more!

Don't worry, our program is suitable for everyone as we scale the load and intensity accordingly.

Can't make to any of our sessions because of work or personal commitments? Don't worry, we got you covered with the Open Gym that will suit your workout schedule. ​

You can either do your own workout program or follow the program on the shared screen.

1-hour Kettlebell Group Session
(Beginner to Intermediate Levels)
This session is for anyone who would like to learn more about the techniques of kettlebell movements and the unique benefits of a kettlebell workout.

This session will help you to review your own posture and techniques so you will reap the benefits of not only increased strength due to resistance training principles, but also knowledge on proper posture and functionality mobility.
